SMASH Wellness is comprehensive one-on-one focused training with Thomas Hamm. It may include accountability phone calls and emails, snacks, smoothies, recipes, and so much more. Train with SMASH in person locally and continue training when you are traveling globally via remote access. SMASH also offers one-on-one fitness that is 100% virtual from anywhere.

iSTRONG Live Virtual Wellness incorporates virtual group sessions with a trainer that engages with your group live. Your trainer will get to know you on a personal level to tailor your success and encourage you. Small groups of people facilitate the personal approach. iSTRONG is comprehensive, interactive, energetic, effective, and enjoyable. The packages include live workouts and consultations with your trainer, strength and conditioning, yoga, meditation, nutrition, and at-home culinary Zoom demonstrations.
